Teresa Hayes

Based in the Northeast of England, Teresa has dedicated 15 years to the healthcare sector, with 10 years as a qualified mental health nurse (RMN). She holds a coaching certificate and is passionate about practice development and service improvement. Teresa is deeply committed to enhancing awareness, care, and treatment for neurodiverse individuals across health, social, education, and criminal justice systems.

Outside of her professional life, Teresa loves nature and all creatures, including spiders. She treasures time with her son, enjoys paddle boarding, aerial hooping, and lives by the coast where she avidly collects sea glass to decorate her garden and protect her allotment from birds.
